Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas Card

It's that time of year again folks...

Maybe some of you are super organized with Christmas cards (I know that you are out there because I got one before Thanksgiving this year so kuddos to you diligent card-ers) but I feel like it always sneaks up on me. Cue to hours of scrolling through pages of cards because WHAT IF THERE IS A CUTE ONE ON THE NEXT PAGE. Or, what if a different site has a better deal or a message that I like more or a card template that works better with my photo (aaand more scrolling).

Speaking of photos, thought I would share some from our Christmas shoot. Shouts to Kristin Jones for capturing them and Dougie for being cute.

So, in remedy to my 3 am Christmas-card search escapades is Basic Invite. They are the most customizable card site I have found other than having them custom done. But, if you're anything like me, you want the deets. Here are a few of my favorite things...

PAINT WITH ALL THE COLORS OF THE WIND
Anyone else get tired of receiving/sending cards that look the same as everyone else? This is one of the features that I loved the most. Basic Invite has multiple designs to jump start your ideas, but you can change any of the text to one of their 180 colors. It was fun to go through the palette and see how different shades changed the overall vibe of the card. By fun I mean I spent waaay to much time clicking through all of the different pretty colors watching my card change. Just me, some ho-cho, and Basic Invite.

SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED, I'M YOURS
But, the options don't end with the card. Once you have your design set, they actually offer over 40 different colors of envelopes! Why do we all love options so much?! It was great to choose a color/material that matched the vibe of my card. BONUS=their envelopes are peel and seal aka you won't be having to lick a gross tasting strip 200 times. Last year, I got a little device that wet that strip for you...long story short? Gigantic mess. To help you get those cards out the door, they will actually address them for you. I like to hand letter mine, but I know for some this would be a monumental task. Save those Avery labels and let them print for you instead!

EVERYTHING IS AWESOME
To accommodate all of your holiday printing needs, Basic Invite is offering 30% off any purchase with the code: holi30. They can be your one stop shop with everything from the classic Christmas card to corporate holiday party invites. They even have you covered for that Christmas Eve party with 'double-thickness' as a printing option to ensure you feel super legit.

Raise your hand if you haven't ordered your cards yet or decided to skip a year...zero judgement here sista.
