Meet the Genzink family! I met Lauren officially about a year ago. She grew up in Chicago too and went to the same high school as Doug (small world, always). It was great to chat with someone who loves everything from antiquing to fashion as much as I do.
Local friends: have you heard of Shop Locus? I hadn’t either before they reached out and I am so glad they did. After digging through their website and getting to chat with their founders, Jill and Eric, it was clear that we aligned on our approach to and support of “living local”.
Doug and I recently went to Disney World! It was a quick trip, but felt amazing to be in warm (to us) weather, take a break, and of course soak up a little Disney magic. I put a question box up on my Instagram and wanted to share answers to a few of the most commonly asked questions.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! If you’re someone that enjoys giving gifts (like yours truly), this is our Super Bowl. While it’s festively magical, the busyness of this season can be overwhelming at times. Thankfully, Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids is here to help take any gift list frustration out of your December.

I recently got to snap photos of Kelly from Lilypad Cottage and her beautiful family. If you follow her on Instagram, you know how talented Kelly is. Her eye for design is beautiful and you can see her touch throughout the entire house.
I met Betsie a few years ago at The Mercantile Market. She’s creative and funny and feels like magic. I have loved getting to know her and watching her business Club Jettie do the most adorable things.
